Njen cilj je očistiti ulic prepr odajalcev drog\, izkoreniniti kartele\, pridobiti informacije o drug lordu \, kateri ima trenutno oblast nad mestom\, ter ponovno vzpostaviti red in mir v mestu.Naloga pa je vse prej kot lahka. \n \;\nPolicija je neprič akovano vdrla v mesto\, zavarovala pomembne institucije (banko\, bolnico\, policijsko postajo\, prodajalna orožja\, vojašnico z zaporom\, šotorsko n aselje\, ...) in začasno vzpostavila red in mir v mestnem središču. Poleg tega je pričela iskati vodje posameznih kartelov in drug lorda\, uničevati nasade prepovedanih drog\, poskušati zavarovati rudnike srebra in zlata. S pomočjo nacionalne vojske\, policija počasi pridobiva ponovno oblast nad mestom San Miguel. With the help of the national army\, the police is slowly regaining power over the city of San Miguel. On the other hand\, the cartels are still ma king money with the production and trafficking of illicit drugs\, ransoms from VIP personnel\, buying weapons and important information.
